Don't forget all of your special occasions coming up. It is never too early to get your orders in. We are encouraging everyone to look into the future for any gifts or custom pieces they may need. We will try our best to get something done for that special occasion but at this point we cannot guarantee anything without timely ordering on the customers part. Just a few things to let you know about.......
· We accept: Cash, Checks (large, cool checks preferred), Visa and MasterCard.
· We do make appointments if you are not able to visit during business hours (that is, if we’ve established any set business hours there seems to be a bit of trouble in this area).
· No returns or exchanges on personalized items.
· We will fix or repair products. However there will be a charge if we are not at fault.
· So you forgot your grandmothers neighbors dog’s graduation from doggie do-right school. Sorry we would love to help and will do the best we can. However, if you expect a little extra on our part we expect a little extra on yours. We reserve the right to charge extra for rush orders.
· We will not be held accountable for your mistakes when ordering an item. If an item is finished and the mistake is on your side of the deal then you are responsible for the purchase or reimbursement of that item. Modifications or rebuilds are both at additional fees.
· We do have Gift Certificates available and suggest this to anyone thinking of ordering items such as rings unless you know specific sizes.
· When the mailman, UPS, or Fed Ex delivers a product to you they expect payment. We don't mind delivering if we are in your area but we also reserve the right to charge a shipping/delivery fee. –We have to buy fuel just like everyone else.
· All items will be paid in full before they leave our hands.
· Finally thank you for your business. We hope that everything meets or exceeds your expectations. We are working hard to finish orders promptly and make each one something special.
